T3 90: Top Stuff of 2015 So Far

So they cancelled Hannibal. A year ago, I called that show one of my halfway heroes, when its second season completely blew me away. Now it’s third could very well be its last – never say never in a world with Hulu and Netflix – and like its titular villain, I’ll have to savor every bite of it. The only question is why didn’t anyone else watch this show? Hard to say, but it’s not like we didn’t see this coming. The end is inevitable for everything, including 2015. But we’re only about halfway there, so buck up! Here’s us talking about some of the stuff that kicked ass this year!

T3 89: Top 10 Snacks

In the beginning there were three meals a day. That wasn’t enough. Top Ten Thursdays said, “let there be snacks!” And there were snacks. And they were good. But which were the best? This was a topic worthy of considerable debate, for what truly is a snack if not any food eaten ‘tween meals? Could it be cookies? Could it be cake? Could it be hastily microwaved miscellany? Lo and behold, this podcast hath risen! Top 10 Snacks is its name and subject. Praise be to it!

T3 88: Top 10 Sitcom Characters with Whom We’d Like to Hang Out

This is a weird one. I mean, the thing about doing a top 10 list podcast is that it’s hard to break the formula of top 10 albums of a year, movies about a subject, video games on a console, that sort of thing. There are plenty of people out there doing lists like that. But not everybody is doing what we do, and that means sometimes we end up breaking the mold. Was it a good idea to do a list of sitcom characters, ranked not for how great they are but for how hang out-able they are? Maybe. Did it turn out well? I’ll let you decide.

Stream Police Ep. 17: Dead Man

It’s ’95 Fest here at Stream Police and Michael and John are counting down some of their favorite flicks of that iconic year. Who will make the cut? Casper? Batman Forever? Mortal Kombat, maybe? (It did have some impressive puppets). On top of that, the dynamic duo reviews, indie heartthrob Jim Jarmusch’s ’95 cult western, Dead Man with Johnny “Finding Neverland” Depp. Did they like it? You’ll have to listen to find out. Stupid f#@king podcast.
